Question 2 United States unregulated planning

The United States could be seen as an example of a country with both heavily regulated and highly unregulated urban development. Discuss what you see as the benefits of both approaches in terms of supporting innovation and sustainability.  

Question 1 Good Urban Places

In about 100 words, give an example of what you consider to be a well-planned urban area. This could be a local neighbourhood, a central business district, a small rural town – basically anywhere people gather together. Identify where it is, and why you think it works as a public space.
